What is NSCA Japan?

There are two types of qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

What is CSCS?

A conference is held once a year, and there is a place for research presentations in the form of poster presentations, but it is not an official academic conference.

Papers must be submitted in English only. It is a qualification organization originally established in the United States and has high international recognition.

Classroom lectures for the training course are conducted in the same manner as the qualification preparation course.
