- Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month for the final billing amount at the end of each month, and will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
- Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.
- The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. If you use bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 12th*. However, it may be 20 days* in January and May.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). If paying at a convenience store, you will be responsible for 356 yen (tax included); if paying by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

As a general rule, we do not provide refunds.
If you are unable to use your reservation due to a sudden schedule change, we will reschedule your reservation to another day. Please contact us using the inquiry form. We will issue a new passcode as soon as it is confirmed.
About deferred payment (payday)
We will deduct the processing fee (9%) and our bank transfer fee of 330 yen and then refund the amount to your designated account.
Other refunds
After deducting the payment fee (4.5%) and our transfer fee of 330 yen, we will refund your money to your designated account.
